I recently had my first ever hair system fitted by Tracey, and I couldn't be happier with the experience and the result. From the very first consultation, I was struck by Tracey's compassion and professionalism. She offers a completely discreet service, and within minutes of meeting her I felt completely at ease. As someone who has never worn a system before, I was naturally nervous and unsure what to expect, but Tracey explained everything clearly and patiently, which gave me real confidence in the process.
In the weeks leading up to the fitting, Tracey kept in touch to make sure everything was ready and that I was comfortable with the plan. When the day came, the whole process went incredibly smoothly.
Seeing hair on my head for the first time in over 35 years was an amazing moment.
The fitting and cut were very collaborative. Tracey worked with me to find a style that suited me and looked natural. I was absolutelty delighted with the result. She also took the time to explain how to care for the system properly, and I purchased a care kit that had everything I needed to keep it in good condition.
